Saw Eddie, the kiteflyer, at Sandy Beach again this morning.  He's been out due to a heart operation and a pacemaker implant.    He was flying a small whale kite and a koi from a short pole anchored in the ground.   Our conversation was wide-ranging and much enjoyed 'til cut short due to a rainout.    Eddie just brought out an umbrella  . . .
