Christmas fair

Today went far better than we dared hope. The website I've been working on for the last 6 months had its bussiest day of the year and it sailed through. Almost 50% more orders an hour than were expected and it stayed working perfectly.

The early start came as a bit of a shock to the system though. In bed again by 8pm. Before heading off I wondered into the city centre and found this Christmas fair. It would have looked nicer if it had been snowing - but the driving rain does make it look very British! :-) No-one was on the rides, but instead had taken refuge in the bars and restaurants.
