Pics peanut butter

Mr Pic Picot started his peanut butter husiness by making it in a concrete mixer and selling it at the Nelson market.
He progressed into a large depot and now he has opened a multi-million dollar production line with a lovely cafe and free tours. He sells his peanut butter all over the world now.
A little further down the track he hopes to open up a kitchen for budding food scientists so they can experiment with making up new ideas.
We went for morning tea this morning and it is lovely inside, the coffee was good and I treated us to a little dessert...Hogarths dark chocolate with Pics peanut butter sitting on boysenberry jelly, which he also makes. So decadent!
