Sugar Bush outing at Bruce's Mill

Linda and I took in the sunshine and favourable weather to stop by one of the local sugar bushes today. It had been a few years since we last went to one of these. We had pancakes with maple syrup (and I had a couple of breakfast sausages), went for a short horse-drawn wagon ride in the woods, followed by a wander along the Maple Syrup Trail. It was busy with lots of kids due to this being March Break from school. I'm off on staycation this week. Good times had by all at Bruce's Mill Conservation Area and their Maple Syrup Festival.
