Notes: Up 630a and into shower. Steph arrived 745a and we left for airport. Checked 2 big bags and flight on time - sat by 2 amazing women and lots of talk of energy and healing, so glad to meet them. Shirl picked me up, got in early. Headache ramping up again, stopped at 4th St Shrimp Store for early dinner. Back to the beach - headache continued to get worse. Walked out for sunset to see if Deb and Anne were out there but weren't so back in and went to bed early.
