Bridge over troubled water

I decided to be wild and walk home from work a different way this afternoon ; ))

This is an artificial waterway built in 1614 to bring clean water to the town. It has many pretty bridges and is very close to the Cambridge Botanical gardens. As you can see the Cherry Blossom is just starting to come out - although it won't last long in this wind.

I tried to take a photo of these two ducks (see extra); but they made their feelings quite clear regarding being photographed by me!
