Technology rocks!!

The bane of my life at times, but a boon at other times!!!

I decided that I wanted to use this fabric to bind my Art Deco quilt, it features in some of the blocks. As I bought the fabric almost two years ago, I thought that I was probably on a loser.

I emailed the shop..it was undelivered!!! So I rang them today, got an alternative email address and sent them this picture. A call back a few minutes later to say that there was 90cms left on the roll. It’s mine!!!! I will have to cut it carefully, cannot run out.

A friend will collect it when she goes to a workshop next week, as it takes about 45 minutes to drive to the shop!!!

A friend from sewing called in for coffee this morning. Amber was on best behaviour and impressed her!!!!
