Highway 12

This highway meanders from west to east through several counties. Our Los Alamos Road crosses it.  We drive on it just about every day. This particular view is just east of us where the road runs through the heart of wine country. Many of the pictures I have posted of vineyards and hills are taken from Highway 12. This section has oak trees on either side of the road which form a natural arch. I am always trying to get a picture of it when there aren't too many cars in the frame. I managed that part of it, but just missed the arch. Still, the trees are just about to leaf out, the sky is blue, the temperatures are warming up and life is good....I feel a bit like I am just coming out of hibernation.
