A day out

Still full of cold but feeling quite a bit better. A day out with a friend today at the Christian Resources Exhibition in Manchester. Lots of interesting conversations, ideas gained, a few resources bought, good company. A tiring day but also a change of pace. As they say, a change is as good as a rest. Out tonight at the Lent group.

When I got home I discovered I wasn't the only one who had had a day out. The sun was out so Fred decided to take Angela out for a ride in the van. She was looking a lot more relaxed. I think Fred was trying to pluck up courage to put his arm around her. :-)
