I saw an amateur theatre production of Chariots of Fire this evening. Not an easy drama to put onto the stage and I was impressed by the way they staged all the running, either on the spot or all round the auditorium. With a 'victory lap' by almost all the cast at the end.

I also set running today the news that I am leaving the organisation I work for at the end of April. It feels good!
