Crack willow

Today we went to Radipole RSPB near the harbour for one of their guided walks. The weather was a bit grim, very windy with showers, so we didn’t see too much in the way of birds, but we heard some interesting stories about the reserve. They are currently chopping Back lots of the crack willow, up they say it will regrow very quickly. Looks a bit drastic to me!
