Notes: Hour call at 10a and then got outside for a bit. Beautiful day of low humidity. Another hour and half call at 2p. Went to happy hour but too hot and dealing w/ headache all day - lessened a bit with ibuprofen/acetaminophen mix. Add the essential oil patches, not much is working much more than to dull the head pain tho.
