Negative mono

On the left is what's left of the hot water tap washer. The tap hadn't been used for ages as it had been dripping then jammed & I didn't want to force it in case I got hot water everywhere.

On the right is what is left of the crumbling circle of the cold water tap washer. It had started to drip drip... drip... ... ... drip drip drip... drip.

So I now have hot water in the kitchen & cold water with no floaters nor any drip drip dripping.

My boiler MOTed, radiator back on & faulty valve on condensing pipe changed. Now heating on for 24 hrs which is not me but will warm up whole house then can return to timer tomorrow.

If I don't get up tomorrow it's because I'm too comfy & warm & needing to de-stress.

Both heating engineers / plumbers were women :-D
