Me and my mate :-)

Marlane and I went around to Kim and Ian's tonight, we rarely get the chance to get out by ourselves so we took a couple of hours knowing that F.M.i.L. would be ok with a short time on her own, with Jonty :-)

We had a great time, talking, laughing (not drinking, me because I was driving and Ian because he is still on medication).
Almost 2 and a half years since the transplant operation (11 Oct 2016) and Ian is doing really well. He has lost a fair bit of weight, feeling better for it despite a spell in hospital recently with pneumonia on one lung.
It's really good to see him looking so well, and that we are still good friends.
