Really gorgeous day - so warm! It's supposed to get up into the high 60s early next week. I can't wait.

Knee is feeling better today. I was able to go for about a mile. Salem was getting groomed so I didn't have her with me. My sister just sent me a bunch of exercises from her physical therapy book (she is a retired Physician's Assistant) so I'm going try them out.
