Saturday.......

well the day started as its going to end Taxi service for the daughter she gone into Worcester for a days shopping with friends then to watch the the hobbit pick up time is 8pm, From Worcester a short blast down the M5 to Cheltenham we had reserved a few items that needed collecting for Christmas the traffic into town was stop start stop start just about to start again and heard a crack and the clutch was pinned to the floor , a kind person helps push the car of the road and we sit and wait for the AA to come, the AA patrol man was superb could see the problem so stripped the car dash out removed the pedal and then went over the road to Halfords to ask if he could use a welder, 40 minutes later and a lot of cursing my car is back together and the AA man is on his way home ( with a bit of beer money in his pocket) was really impressed as he did not have to do that he could have just towed me home,

any way Christmas shopping was completed and we even found time for a KFC on the way home
