Battered

Gale force winds and horizontal rain.
The view from our bedroom window is a pretty good indication of the weather to come, this mornings view showed the bay full of ships seeking shelter from the storms.
Having checked the logs and coal stocks Clare and I decided to bunker down for the day and enjoy some reading/knitting/sewing.
