Christchurch Carnage

The day began so well and deteriorated so rapidly as news of the horror attacks on two mosques in Christchurch spread.  

I'm beyond words - this kind of thing doesn't happen here in New Zealand......we're a safe haven for refugees.  Or we were.  Today's violent, callous and pre-meditated act of extremist violence, specifically targeted at two Mosques, has shredded the country's innocence.


There are many, many questions to be answered, but for now, thoughts and prayers go out to the forty-something victims and the thousands of lives that have been changed forever.


Words are so inadequate.
