Fishy nets

We braved the west coast wind with the dogs this morning. The beach was strewn with washed up items, this being the largest. We both thought it looked like a fish from a distance. It seems so sad that these things are 'lost' overboard so often, that large pieces of netting are constantly arriving along the beaches. There were plastic containers too which can be put in the bin at the top of the beach.
The wind was blowing so strongly (sea state in extras!) that the dogs soon indicated that they had had enough and we went back to the car. Once they have had a run they will sleep in the car for hours whilst we collect the weekend shopping.
