ACHIEVEMENT

Spent the whole day on tender hooks, watching the clock waiting to hear how our youngest son got on in the Roux Scholarship competition.
Although he made it to the top 18 regional finalists he wasn’t lucky this time to get through to the next stage...only 6 got through! What an amazing experience to cook for Sat Bains, Michel Roux Jr and Andre Garrett. Apparently they loved his main but he struggled with his dessert. But we are so proud of him getting this far.
