Assignment 10!

Today Granny and Grandad went up to watch the dress rehearsal of Carys's school Christmas show. William and I headed to the gym for an hour, where I did 5k (no time for longer) and circuits. Left William with Jim and headed to Stevenage for the last (for this year) of my Supporters Course. The course itself will be on going to the end of March or early April. This is the assignment I need to do over Christmas. Joy!

G&G gave really positive reports of the show, so I am really looking forward to seeing it on Tuesday.
