I don't know what it is about Leeds. As fond as I am of the place, with its all vaulting, neon-and-glass 22nd Century architecture, I also find it weirdly exhausting. I spent most of yesterday there and inevitably I have spent most of today struggling to fight off a curious, yawny lack of zest. My get-up-and-go got up and went and it has yet to make a return appearance.
On the plus side I did finally get my head around the fact that it's going to be Christmas soon, and have actually bought a present for someone!
One or two of you may remember this blip.....yes, those lights are still there, looking a little flashier under the night skies....
