Snow Day

We were finally forecast the ‘mother lode’ so planned to have a snow day. It looked promising waking up to a big dump but then it turned to rain which started to melt our winter wonderland. It then turned back to snow again later on.

Had a lovely snowy walk in the woods but it didn’t quite meet our hopes / expectations. Especially after such a poor season for snow so far.

It was off up to neighbours for an impromptu drinks and hot tub session, which of course, went on until the early hours!
