Frosted lid

These are ice crystals on the lid of our box of soup that I took from the freezer at lunchtime today. They are so pretty that I thought that they were worth a blip.

I was feeling well enough to dress this afternoon and then take a short walk to Word of mouth with Mr hazelh for a cup of tea and half a slice of Malteser cake.

Otherwise I have moped about worrying about all the time that I am wasting when ill.

Exercise today: a little walking (6747 steps).
