Pylons.

I didn’t have a lot of sleep last night. D’s phone keeps lighting up with messages from Australia (I presume) then he had to get up at 4 to sort something out. Him and Alfie were up at 5 to watch the Grand Prix. I read for quite a while and managed to doze off again. As the boys were at football, I took the dogs for a long walk. It was a nice day but still very windy.
Haven’t done much this afternoon, D’s cooked a roast dinner. I haven’t felt like eating since yesterday lunchtime so will try to force something down.
