Had one of those six-hour lunches that was a fun way of spending a Sunday.

Two of the other guests did most of the cooking - rather randomly - and then insisted on making everyone an Irish Coffee - well I guess it is Paddy's Day, although they are Dutch.
Not for me, so I passed, and then they all said yes to a second one about an hour later! Must have been good!
