Mooli In Linda Vista Gardens, Abergavenny

Last year, for some entirely unaccountable reason, somebody stuck a whole mooli into a bed in the Linda Vista Gardens in Abergavenny, which is now happily flowering away. Apart from the aesthetic satisfaction of a fine plant, and perhaps collecting and sowing the seeds, what else can I do with it?
