Massive catchup

Not many blip opportunities of late, but couldnt let today pass by without recording it!

Hub and I met up with two "girls" we used to work with for an Afternoon Tea. We hadnt seen each other for almost sixteen years, so you can imagine what a massive catch up this was, after so long.

It was like we had seen each other just last week, falling back into our old friendships instantly! Four and half hours just flew by and the tearoom was all but shutting up shop by the time we realised we had best say our goodbyes......agreeing to meet up again soon!

Hub did the honours and took this photo, hope I am forgiven for blipping it ;-)

Don't think we will be having any tea as such this evening.....I e made some spicy carrot soup, so maybe a bowl later on.
