Hanbury Hall

En route to Birmingham we stopped off at Hanbury Hall a National Trust property with a magnificent painted hallway and ceiling done by Sir James Thornhill. (Extra). The gardens are beautifully presented.
We then enjoyed a lovely couple of hours with my nephew and his family - a good natter and catch up.
Rose (hildasrose) and Rob came to met us at the hotel - but we could not get to enjoy a meal with them until 8.30 pm - too late - so after a couple of drinks and a good chinwag they left us to head home. 
Tomorrow we go to the Photography Show at the NEC.
