Badford 10k

SUNDAY

I drove over to Bradford first thing for the Epilepsy Action 10 km race. After some sleet and rain on the M62, the sun came out and it stayed dry for the duration of the race. It was a relatively flat course and I managed a respectable time of 51:40

I kept myself busy for the rest of the day - unblocking an eaves spout which had been overflowing in yesterday's rain, cleaning the cars and scarifying and giving the front lawn its first cut of the year..

40, 526 steps so far and now ready for a bit of a rest.
