What says "happy St. Patrick's Day" better than Chinese dumplings???  Maybe it's my silly Sunday!  Anyway, when Didi was here from Beijing, we had dumplings twice and she left about 100 in my freezer for future meals, so tonight, my brother, wife and I had 6 each.  Yes, I ration them so they last longer.  And 6 is about a normal portion for me.  They were really GOOD!!!!!
