Springing

It finally feels like spring is springing here. I love the pussy willows and marvel that those little things sprouting out of them actually are flowers.

As I walked around the wetlands today with Salem, I was also astonished with the noise of the frogs - sounds like a million of them hatched today and their croaking is ear-bending. We made a 2.75 mile loop today - my knee feels much better. I then had a massage which increased my feeling of zen, I fell asleep on the table 3 times, waking myself up with a snortle, each time. Embarrassing!
