Have you had your five-a-day today...…?

I have been told that the French laugh at our inability in the United Kingdom to get our five a day of veg and fruit.  They tend to each much more of these things.  I have been trying hard to get my five-a-day and it can prove quit difficult at times.

We had a nice day today between the showers of cold rain.  Busy day, we were down at Cali's as her dad was helping her to get some wood for a garden project.  It's all go....   I had a nice time having a read of some of her gardening and home magazines, and a wee nap too on her very comfortable settee......
