City Centre

I had a meeting with the solicitors for work today. I went down to the city centre, and was lucky to catch some blue sky. This building is interesting. Originally, this was a development to be part of a Hilton Hotel for the arena, but the company building it went bust. This is the side - there is a front part as well. 

A year or so later, and work has really gone ahead with the new owners, and it was all a hive of activity today. I feel I have been more productive today, partly through less meetings, and partly as I'm covering one of my team, who is on leave.

Yesterday's drop scones for lunch went down a storm - my son is already begging for more. I also did chicken satay for dinner - another huge hit with him. I'm really pleased, as its widening what he will eat. Tonight I'm drying an air fried Chinese chicken.
