"The world is too much with us...
the getting and gaining,
the killing and dying,
the praying and crying."
I changed the words of that poem a bit but I feel so overwhelmed today by death and destruction on every continent. It is all I can do.
I watched on YouTube the NZ students perform a Maka in the street outside their school.
Whenever the world seems too much, there's always the garden.
Out in the garden in the middle of March I am happy to see that finally, nearly a month late, the pussy willows are opening their buds. We will have springtime after all in the midst of daily snow showers.
