You can't believe it...

But we had another flood...
This one started from the roof. It was so bad that all the four floors got affected. Those poor neighbors that had fixed their unit from the last flood are again all affected. Even the forth floor neighbor?s kitchen roof collapsed.
Shall I wait until the third flood before I put the flooring down?
