Dance Like Nobody is Watching

I work for a well known organization that empowers young girls. Sometimes the day-to-day work makes me forget just how important my job is. Then one moment brings it all into focus for me. It's not always a loud, life-altering moment. Sometimes it is just a few girls who dance like nobody is watching.
