Peaches, peaches,peaches.

Our young peach tree is laden. I've frozen them, bottled them, eaten them, given them away. Tomorrow is the day of trying recipes for peaches. I'm ready to go on peach leather, dried peaches, peach chutney, peach halloumi and bacon salad. Phew! Trouble is the weather is so warm they are ripening too quickly. They'll be all over in a few days.
