Oops!!

Not really sure but I think I've broken my dog!

To be fair, I'm surprised I didn't break me too, but running down Bennachie was a bit of a giggle (mostly for the passers-by mind you!) and I've no doubt that tomorrow will be a painful reminder of just how unfit I really am!

Note to self: remember Jake is middle-aged too !
