High and Dry

Day off and not very inspiring weather wise.
Drizzly showers and dull.
Despite the uninspiring weather we decided to head for Westport for a walk on the beach.
When we got there it was smirry when we started off but it stopped and cleared as we walked along towards Machrihanish. Fergus had a good run off his lead.
Lots of evidence of the recent high winds here in Kintyre. On the beach there were several creels which had been loosened from their moorings and landed on the beach and even the remains of a net.
For a treat we had lunch at Glenbarr :-)
