Tuesday: Church Island

Up early because MrD was off to work, I put the washing outside and was so pleased that it didn’t rain until I got home!

Church Island to track down the 3 graves I’d found which are connected to my great-aunt, I managed to find a 4th gravestone with 6 family members on. The men were all boat/ship builders. One of the women trained as a milliner in West Ham in the mid-1800s, pretty impressive! My great-aunt and uncle whom I found purely by chance -
