Another Weekend, Another Gala

This weekend...Basildon, Essex.
Nice pool, good swims... Tanglin got his National Qualifying Time....a cause for celebration....Stayed in the Holiday Inn..didn't sleep a wink overnight...had Joey Essex and his mates in the next room getting ready to go clubbing. They woke us up again when they came back at 4 in the morning.....Ellen learned a few new "colourful" words and phrases as they described their "sexploits". Not conducive to good swimming when warm up us at 8 the next morning
