On the beach

Not gathering. Weather was rubbish today so in the end the gathering was cancelled. The dogs and i had a stroll on the beach, well i strolled they played and raced around. Then a cuppa with a friend. Then home and out for a 1.5 hour yoga session in the village with my mum. Lovely steady centering meditative yoga session just what i needed. A walk with the dogs and an evening with my parents. Including a game of scrabble.
