Reminders

There are several routes you can take when walking between St Andrews House and the Parliament .

One of them cuts through the historic “New” Calton Burial Ground , which I used to overlook from my original Ministerial office and where there are always fascinating things to be seen and amazing reminders of history, transience and mortality.

There are also striking views over the old town.
