Excursion

Hyper market in the very quiet mid morning shift. Probably bought enough bits and bobs to see me through the rest of my stay.

It was too cold to garden today and I’ve had to light a fire in my room this evening as it’s a very clear sky outside tonight and I’d be far too cold even with blankets and a hot water bottle. The temperature is set to rise sharply as of tomorrow but we will see.

Cooked megrez (sp?) spicy sausage, Toulouse lentils and aligot (cheese mash!) tonight which was appreciated by the troops. Watched a good film I’ve not seen for years.

Hot chocolate in bed . Quite an easy relaxing day today. Hopefully a relaxing one tomorrow
