Still Aire

Using up the last if my leave, it was run time this morning, instead of my usual cycle to Otley. I was almost excited about it too! The river levels have thankfully dropped, the flow much calmer and the path along the river passable, and surprisingly it wasn't that muddy underfoot.

I finished off my workout at the gym, mainly to try out the new equipment in the circuits class, finishing off with a quick swim and sauna.
