The Wife's Balls

My birthday breakfast-in-bed consisted of this box of chocolate coated marzipan balls (lovingly hand-crafted by Mrs. Sardine) washed down with generous glugs of hot tea. All in preparation for a celebratory dip in Highgate Pond, achieving a personal ambition to swim there on my birthday. Water was a bracing 2 degrees C. The day ended very well with Mr. & Mrs. Shrink over for my legendary (not really) fish bake, and good conversation with a bit of sketching thrown in.
