The offending item

WaH Wednesday again. This time working on some comms that needs to go out that will, how shall we say this, cause a tsunami of negative feedback and a lot of angst. Who ever thought people would be asking me for advice on messaging.

That and dealing with two attention seeking kittens (cats) and returning to the garage to pick up the part they didn't have in stock on Monday.
