Scarlet Elf Cup

We walked today from the New Lanark Heritage Site to the Corra Linn Falls .... lots of uphill walking but what goes up must come down so the walk back for lunch was much easier.

This splash of red certainly caught my eye as we walked through the wood. A first for me .... I've never spotted that fungus before.
