Eating out in Ginza

I was walking from Ginza to Marunouchi this evening after dinner and came across this shop. It is under the railway lines, so quite a noisy place to eat fried chicken -- motsuyaki (????). It is a bit chilly, so they have the transparent curtains to stop the wind.
